CONTITE WATERSTOP S

A flexi-Ne natural rubber & bentonite swelling waterstop designed to swell in salt water conditions as well as normal water. Replaces conventional waterstops in construction joints.

For sealing I waterproofing construction joints, penetrations through concrete, such as king posts and pipes below grade in salt water conditions. Areas of include tunnels, basements, culverts, underground structures, pools, reservoirs, canals etc.

CONTITE WATERSTOP CJ

A non-flammable, waterbased adhesive especially formulated to work with Contite Waterstop concrete construction joint waterstops.

Polyurethane Injection Foam a Resins

CONTITE PUE100/ E101

A one component environmentally friendly hydrophobic polyurethane injection grout, it produces an effective means of stopping water seepage. The system only reacts when it comes into contact with water producing a relatively stiff polyurethane foam.

Used to stop water penetration or react away water in cracks, voids or soil. Areas of use include basements, tunnels all underground structures.

CONTITE PUE200/201

A two component environmentally friendly polyurethane system. Flexible sealing of cracks concrete structures as well as areas suffering from water leakage.

Can be used directly into dry & moist cracks, if water leakage must be stopped first use Contite PUE100/E101.

FLOORGARD MOISTURE BARRIER

A 2 component, matt to semi-gloss, Epoxy coating to provide a tenaciously bonded coating controlling the transmission of liquid moisture.

To prevent water seepage or dampness to the interior walls & floors of basements, tunnels, lift wells, retaining walls & carparks, may be used as a waterproofing membrane to potable water tanks & reservoirs and over freshly laid (green) concrete prior to the application of carpet and tile adhesives or most paints.

Conpatch GC is a cementitious one component polymer modified, Silica Fume based gunite repair mortar that cures to provide a durable water resistant high strength material.

CONGROUT ADMIX

Conmix SP337

Conmix SP337 is a highly effective water reducing superplasticiser and an extremely powerful deflocculating agent, it operates by dispersing cement in to its primary particles which dramatically increases the flow characteristics of the cement paste. Based on the soluble salt of a polymeric sulphonate it conforms to Type A and F & G materials of ASTM C494 and BSEN 934-2 1998.

Uses include to produce flowing concrete for large pours and precast elements. Conmix SP337 may also be used where substantial water reductions are required to provide high early and ultimate strengths e.g. in precast factories.

Corcure 90

Corcure 90 is a ready to use water based curing Corcure 90 compound used to prevent water evaporation from the concrete surface. Applied to fresh concrete surfaces Corcure 90 forms a continuous film providing a barrier Corcure 90 to premature water loss ensuring effective hydration of the cement and no shrinkage cracks.

Corcure 90 is used to prevent premature water loss Corcure 90 particularly on large exposed concrete surfaces e.g. highways,runways, aprons, precast concrete, decks, hardstands etc.

Corcure 90 complies with AASHTO M148 Type 2, ASTM C 309 Type 1 Class A, ASTM C309 Type 2 Class A pigmented version, BS 7542, BS 8110 Part 1 Class 6.6.3 (C).

Corcure 90W

Corcure 90W is Corcure 90W a ready to use water based curing compound used to prevent water evaporation from the concrete surface. It contains a refined wax which forms a film preventing the premature loss of water from the concrete.

Cormix SCF is used in soft ground tunnelling with tunnel boring machines.

CORMIX SCF/P1

Cormix SCF/P1 is a liquid lubricating polymer used to enhance the performance of Cormix SCF in difficult ground conditions. It may be used for example in conditions of fine sand, silt or clay with high water contents.

Cormix SCF/P1 is usually used in soil conditions where the water content increases & foam alone is unable to modify the soil conditions. Cormix SCF/P1 has been developed for use with shielded TBM excavation.

0.3-3.0% of the foam solution or 0.2-2kg/m3 on the volume of soil excavated.

CORMIX P20

Cormix P20 is a ready to use set retarding & water reducing stabilizer used to control setting times of concrete or cement based grouts by varying the dosage as necessary. Concrete or grouts containing Cormix P20 will have setting times significantly longer than those containing normal water reducing & retarding admixtures.

Cormix P20 can be used in large continuous pours, where cold joints are anticipated in joint areas in under water concreting, for hot weather concreting and in tunnel grouting.

CORMIX LA1

CONDUR ANCHOR

A 2 part 100% solids moisture insensitive heavy duty epoxy adhesive prepackaged in dual component cartridges for ease of application. Condur Anchor conforms to ASTM C881 standard specifications for Type I, II, IV, & V, Grade 3, Class B & C.

Uses include setting starter bars, dowels, holding down bolts and anchoring in general where a permanent high strength application is required. Suitable for anchoring close to concrete edges, where vibration or anchor abrasion may be a problem.

CONGROUT ROKFIX

Congrout Rokfix is a cementitious rock bolting grout packed in a water permeable membrane, forming a shrinkage compensated grout providing high early compressive strengths and fast setting times.

CONTITE PUE100/E101

Contite PUE100/E101 is a one component hydrophobic polyurethane injection grout, when used in conjunction with Contite PUE101 it produces an effective means of stopping water seepage. Contite PUE100 consists of MDI based, solvent and phthalate free isocyanate component & a special catalyst Contite PUE101. The system only reacts when it comes into contact with water producing a relatively stiff polyurethane foam.

Hydrophobic injection foams are usually considered as temporary waterstops as far as cracks are concerned. For additional sealing after the waterflow has stopped Contite PUE200/201 may be used for elastic sealing or Contite PUE300/301 for rigid sealing (structural repair).

CONTITE PUE200/E201

Contite PUE200/E201 is a two component, solvent and phthalate free, polyurethane system consisting of a resin component Contite PUE200 and special hardener Contite PUE201. The system is ideal for the elastic sealing of cracks in concrete structures.

Contite PUE200/E201 can be used directly into dry cracks, if water leakage must be stopped first. Contite PUE200/E201 can be used in combination with Contite PUE100/E101 which will first stop the water and or react the water away after which the injection of Contite PUE200/E201 can be carried out.

CONTITE PUE300/301

Contite PUE300/301 is a two component, solvent andphthalate free, polyurethane system consisting of a resin component Contite PUE300 and special hardener Contite PU301. This system is ideal for the structural sealing of cracks inconcrete structures.

Contite PUE300/301 is applied directly into dry cracks. If water leakage has to be stopped Contite PUE300/301 can be used in combination with the Contite PUE100/E101. Contite PUE100/E101 will first stop the water and/or react the water away, after which the injection of Contite PUE300/301 can be carried out.

CONTITE PUE400/E401

Contite PUE400/E401 is a 2 component hydrophobic polyurethane 2 in 1 injection resin system. When Contite PUE400/E401 comes in to contact with water it reacts rapidly to form flexible foam which stops leakage of water from the concrete crack, if injected in dry conditions it forms a solid elastic resin to permanently seal the crack.

Contite PUE400/E401 is a rapid reacting resin used to stop the water leakage in the short term as well as to form a solid resin for permanent sealing of cracks.
